I am very happy with the whole job that the crew did from Schmitz in the short of amount of time anyone that sees the house also compliments and likes what they see thanks for the fine job as I now have Schmidt steel roof, gutters, gutter helmet, and complete steel siding on my house. Being this was done in mid-January and early February, temperatures were cold and the crew worked through all of the weather with great skill and ambition with very good work ethics. Any surprises were addressed to my satisfaction like some rotting wood at the facial broken porch light and Ingress railing support. Fantastic experience with Jim from Schmidt's Siding & Window! In addition to wrapping the fascia/trim, their crew did a beautiful job replacing each of these 3 dormers. The work was completed ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the result. 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering an update to their home!

I hate to be the one, but others may have this issue. Apparently this company uses a third party, not sure to what extent. We were a victim of identity theft many years ago. Today we got a mailing saying this company was in our town, in the name of the person who stole our identity, who has never lived at my home. I called to find out why and was told this company got the information from a third party. The nice lady on phone gave me the third party number and after being on hold almost 3 hours, I refused to hang up, got someone who I couldn't understand who said they did not give my information, I never said they did, but someone else is using my info and then I was told to contact the company that mailed to me. I tried to explain they sent to my house but to person who had stolen our identity years ago. Very frustrated with this experience and I never even asked for this mailing

We are extremely pleased with Schmidt Siding and Window. It seems they are very professional and careful with their work so that everything is right. The workers were all friendly and respectful. Customer service always got back to us very quickly and took care of questions right away. Everyone we've talked to has said Schmidt's does a great job. We would recommend them based on our experience.
